All sales made through Finds.lk are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
This policy is in place due to the high cost of courier and handling services. We carefully check all products before dispatch to ensure they are in good condition.
- Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
While refunds are not offered, we will review each case individually and assist in resolving the issue wherever possible.
- Delivery Information
Orders are delivered through third-party courier services within 3–7 working days (excluding Poya days and public holidays).
Once an order is dispatched, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier partner.
